All full time eligible employees will receive two IRS forms which can be used to help them complete their 2018 Tax Return. Form 1095-C should be delivered by PSUSD via mail, email or in-person at work. Form 1095-B will be sent from SISC (Certificated, Management and Confidential employees) or NWA (Classified/Teamsters employees) to all employees who are enrolled for coverage, including non-full time employees and those on COBRA.
