This event is a defining tradition that has grown in purpose, reach, and impact each year. The conference is a space to elevate student voices, confront inequities, and collectively commit to doing better together. This year's theme, "Voices of Equity: Empowering Change Through Understanding," reflects a shared commitment to listening, conversations, and action.

Keynote Speaker
Dr. Cherina Betters, Chief of Equity and Access, will be the keynote speaker. She is a nationally recognized equity leader known for her visionary work in creating inclusive school systems. Her work has centered on dismantling systemic barriers and cultivating culturally responsive teaching practices. Dr. Betters' keynote address will offer powerful insights and practical tools to inspire the continued journey toward equity.
