New Vendors interested in doing business with our District, please use our NEW Vendor Registration Platform. Registration is free for vendors. The Purchasing Services department will be using this new platform to notify registered vendors of upcoming requests for quotes, formal Bids and RFP's.
Public Works Project Contractors, please be advised of the Department of Industrial Relations requirements in order to submit quotes, bids or proposals for consideration by the District. These requirements apply to any type of Public Works Project, including new construction and modernization and maintenance services. Please visit our Prequalification of Contractors and CUPCCCAA webpages for additional registration requirements.

Most bidding or proposal documents may be obtained by by emailing the Purchasing Services department at firstname.lastname@example.org; however, some Public Works Project bidding documents may only be available through a District appointed Reprographics firm. Please review each Notice Inviting Bid (NIB) closely for details.
