PBIS stands for Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports. It is an evidence-based framework used by schools to improve school culture and student behavior, promoting a safe environment for learning. A key aspect of PBIS is focusing on more positive behaviors and less on negative behaviors.  Two Bunch Palms uses PBIS Rewards to give students points for positive behavior.  Students can earn points for such things as making good choices, attendance, and following the school rules of courtesy, safety and responsibility. 

PBIS Rewards operates much like a debit card system: students earn points for good behavior and then cash in those points for privileges and items. Everything is done electronically, just like a debit card. Just as we learn in the adult world that being responsible in our job is how we earn our paycheck, PBIS Rewards helps students learn that positive behavior earns rewards, establishing a lifetime habit of responsible behavior.

Our PBIS Rewards store, "The Hop Shop," is completely electronic.  Students can access the store here to make purchases.  Purchases will be delivered to their classrooms.
