    All athletes must complete the clearance process to participate in sports and meet the CIF eligibility requirements. 

    Log onto homecampus.com and complete the online portion. Please print, then upload your physical form (must be completed by MD/DO and have a doctor's office stamp), onto your homecampus.com account. For questions, please contact Monica in athletics at 760 288-7004.

    Go to https://www.homecampus.com

    Click on "For Students and Parents" - Create an Account (user name, password) 

    School Year 2024-2025

    School - Desert Hot Springs (CIF-SS)

    Continue with student information

    Print and upload the completed physical form

    Sign all required documents from parents/guardians and student athletes

    You will be notified via email pending progress and upon completion/clearance
