Parent Volunteers/Chaperones for FIELD TRIPS

Already fingerprinted and cleared? PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

To be a volunteer/chaperone this year, if you were already fingerprinted, you simply need to “reapply”. Please follow the steps listed below:

• Please fill out the form to reapply → CLICK HERE
  
• You will need to UPLOAD your ID again. IF you need help with this part of the application process, our office can make a copy,scan your ID, and submit it to the district for you. PLEASE make sure you apply first and submit your application before having the office scan your ID. 
• Once you have submitted your application forms, the school will renew your volunteer clearance status.

Interesed in volunteering, but not yet fingerprinted? PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

• Once you have submitted your application forms, the DISTRICT will contact you to arrange for fingerprinting. 
• Once the district has your fingerprinting results, you will be cleared to be a volunteer/chaperone. You may inquire in the front office for a status on your application.
