7th Grade students missing TDAP
Per California Public Health guidelines, immunization requirements are NOT on hold. All required immunizations for incoming 7th graders must happen before enrollment.
Once your child has the vaccine please email immunization record to our office so that we can update the information in our system.
The vaccine is due in our office before August 1. Your student will not be able to start 7th grade if he/she doesn't have the vaccine.
Our office is now closed, we will be back on July 20.
