As we begin the second semester of the 2021-2022 school year I am excited to think about what we have accomplished so far this school year: nearly 100 seniors have graduated during quarters one and two, several students are back on track for graduation in the spring and are returning to their traditional high school campuses, and a huge majority of MSJ students have remained healthy and able to attend school regularly! I am optimistic that if we remain diligent in our efforts to combat the spread of COVID we will overcome any further strains that come our way, resulting in our students remaining healthy and earning credits to stay on track for graduation. We will continue to require all students to wear a mask over their noses and mouths while indoors on campus and will encourage them to wash their hands regularly and use hand sanitizer.
Students, monitor your health and realize that if you have any conditions that could be COVID-related (fever, sore throat, body aches, etc.) you should stay home and a parent or guardian should call and notify the school. Let’s make sure this semester is terrific!
