7th grade Tdap Clinic

Attention all 7th grade students:

All students entering 7th grade must have received their TDAP Booster and their 2nd Varicella Vaccine. 

There will be a clinic here at PHMS 7/28/2022 from 12:30 pm-4:30 pm. No appointment necessary! Be sure to bring your immunization card with you.

Todos los estudiantes que ingresan al 7th grado deben haber recibido su TDAP Booster y su vacuna contra la varicela 2nd.

Habrá una clínica aquí en el PHMS 7/28/2022 de 12:30 pm-4:30 pm. ¡No es necesario concertar una cita! Asegúrese de traer su tarjeta de vacunación con usted.
