Welcome to DSMS! I am looking forward to a fantastic school year. I attended PSUSD from kindergarten to 12th grade and then received my BA and MA from Azusa Pacific University. I have been working for the district for twenty years now. I taught Middle School ELA and H/SS for eleven years and was a District Instructional Coach for eight years. I am passionate about education and will work hard to ensure all students have access to a quality education. When I'm not working, I love to read, hike, and serve the community.

Hello Scorpions! This is my 2nd year in education. Prior to being an Assistant Principal, I worked as a Special Education Teacher, K-12 Counselor, Counselor on Special Assignments, and Middle School Dean of Students. I have three children and two dogs. My favorite flowers are hydrangeas and roses, and I enjoy stargazing and hiking. I have a passion for education and believe in building a strong academic and social-emotional educational environment.
