Keeping Our Students Moving Safely

The Palm Springs Unified School District provides daily transportation for our district's students to and from school, as well as providing busing for them on activity trips.  In addition to regular home to school transportation, the department provides services for special education, after-school education and sports programs, educational field trips, and other specially funded programs. Our main goal is to provide safe and timely transportation for our students each morning and afternoon.  Palm Springs Unified School District contracts with Zum Services, a private company, for school bus transportation.  Bus stops and routes are cooperatively planned by Zum Services and the District. Zum Services provides buses, drivers, maintenance, and training.
