• Oversee compliance with Title IX and nondiscrimination regulations

• Investigate and address complaints of discrimination or harassment

• Provide education, resources, and training to students and staff

• Promote equitable access to academic, extracurricular, and athletic opportunities

• Serve as a resource for questions and support relating to gender equity laws

• You have the right to fair and equitable treatment, free from discrimination based on sex

• You have the right to participate fully in all extracurricular and athletic programs

• You have the right to apply for scholarships and receive equitable benefits and services

• You have the right to file a complaint if you believe your rights have been violated

• You are protected from retaliation if you report discrimination or harassment
