Education Code 49076 allows access to student records without prior consent for eligible students, authorized caregivers, approved agencies with a valid purpose, and in health or safety emergencies. Verification is required before records can be released.

Unofficial transcripts may be mailed or emailed
Other Record types may be mailed or emailed
Please allow approximately 5 business days for processing from the date your request is received
Requests are processed on a first-come first-served basis
Special Education records are processed by the Special Education department
