What You Need to Enroll Your Student
Birth Certificate
An official or certified copy of the birth record. Alternatives may consist of; passport, baptismal certificate, or hospital certificate.
Proof of Residency
Such as a current utility bill, rental, lease agreement, or other homeownership documents.
Proof of Immunizations
An official immunization record from your child’s doctor, clinic, or state immunization registry.

As a California Public School District, Palm Springs Unified School District adheres to the Free School Guarantee under the California Constitution and Assembly Bill 1575 (AB 1575).
