Facilities & Events

To begin the process of requesting a facility, you must first create an account and be approved as a member of an organization.

1. Create a Community Account: Go to the Community Use portal and click the "Login" button. Under the "Get Started" panel, enter your first name, last name, email address, and phone number, then click "Submit". You will receive an email to verify your account and set a password.

2. Request to Join an Organization: After logging in, navigate to "My Profile" and then "My Organizations". From there, you can click "Request to Join an Organization," enter the name of your organization, and click "Request". An administrator must approve your request before you can submit an event.

Once your account and organization membership are approved, you can create an event request.

1. Search for an Available Location: You will first need to search for an available location. You can search for availability by location or by date and time.

2. Fill out the Event Form: After finding an available location, you will be brought to the event form.

   • Event Details: Select your organization and enter an event name and summary.

   • Location & Time: Select your event's date and time. You can choose a single event or a repeating series. You can also specify setup and breakdown times, which prevents others from booking over those periods.

   • Additional Details: You can add categories, keywords, and contact information for your event. You may also upload up to 5 pictures.
