Looking for a space to host your next event? Here you can request to use our facilities and buildings for various events, no matter the size. Whether you're planning a small gathering, a large awards assembly, a film festival, a dance recital, or something else, Palm Springs Unified has a space for you to use. We look forward to hosting your next event at a PSUSD facility.

Palm Springs Unified School District is pleased to announce our new online facility request and rental system designed to provide a smooth, convenient, and user-friendly experience for all renters. In partnership with Facilitron, Palm Springs Unified School District has launched customized facility-use websites for the district and each school, allowing requests to be submitted anytime, from anywhere. With this new system, reservation requests can be submitted online quickly and efficiently.

GUIDELINES FOR RENTERS

FOR NEW RENTERS
If you are a new user planning to rent a district space, Facilitron will assist you with account setup, payments, and insurance. Specifically, their team will help with:

Creating organization and individual accounts
Verifying nonprofit status, when applicable
Collecting payments on behalf of the district
Submitting proof of insurance by providing a certificate of insurance

Certificates of insurance can also be uploaded directly into the system for added convenience. To learn how to place a request, please view the Facilitron platform introduction guide.

FOR RETURNING RENTERS
The Facilitron system is now live for all district sites. Moving forward, all facility use requests must be submitted online through Facilitron.

For renters who previously had reservations with Palm Springs Unified School District, accounts have already been created on your behalf.
An automated email has been sent with instructions to create a password and access your renter account.

Policies, Approvals & Payments

POLICIES AND APPROVALS
While the request, approval, and management process is now digital, all facility use policies and procedures remain the same and continue to follow Palm Springs Unified School District Board policies. Please note that submitting an online request does not guarantee a reservation; final approval for all facility use requests are made by district administrative staff.

PAYMENT PROCESSING
Facilitron collects all fees securely on behalf of the district. Accepted payment methods include:Major credit cards Checks ACH/eCheck PayPal
