Fiscal Services

The primary responsibility of the PSUSD Fiscal Services Department is to manage the district’s financial operations with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.  Key functions include processing payroll for over 2,600 employees, assisting schools and departments with budget development and monitoring, coordinating annual financial audits, managing payments to vendors and collection of district funds, and providing training for the Galaxy Financial System. Through these efforts, the department upholds PSUSD’s mission by ensuring strong fiscal integrity and transparency.
