CAFE Academy

The CAFE Academy of Rancho Mirage High School follows the Linked Learning model for education. Academy students follow a topic-specific career pathway: Hospitality, Tourism, & Recreation. This multi-year, comprehensive program engages students through project-based learning in the classroom, paired with career exposure and practical applications in a real-world setting. CAFE Academy students are taught the foundations of restaurant management and culinary arts using the ProStart industry-driven curriculum developed by the National Restaurant Association.
