Our Mission

The Benefits & Risk Management Department is committed to safeguarding the health, well-being, and professional security of the Palm Springs Unified School District community. We strive to provide a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to support our employees and their families, while actively managing risks and promoting a safe, secure, and healthy work environment across all district operations.
