    Adolescent Character Building Group

    The goal of the group is to support adolescent youth with building positive character traits for middle school and for life. The group will be facilitated by Mental Health Specialists.  

    Some character traits that will be covered in the group include resiliency, perseverance, and empathy.  

    Dates: January 25, 2021- March 8, 2021

    Young Gentlemen's Group  

    The purpose of the group is to provide a safe and judgement free space for male youth, grades 9-12th grades, to express their thoughts and feelings, and receive support and guidance from the Peer Support Specialist facilitating the group.

    The goal of the group is to help the participants develop positive male characteristics and learn how to incorporate ones' own personal values in daily practice, while respecting the values of others.

    Parent Support Groups & Trainings

    Please contact the Mental Health Department to find out about ongoing Parent Support Groups and Parent Trainings being offered. 

    Parent support groups include 0-5 year old group, Elementary, Middle and High School. Parent trainings include Courage to Speak and Positive Action Parenting.

    Classes are led by a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and are offered in both English and Spanish.
