Life Insurance and Accidental Death Benefits will continue to be provided, at no cost to the employee, for all employees working four or more hours per day or at least 20 hours per week. Additional Accidental Death Insurance may be purchased, by the employee, for the employee and/or dependents.

TEAMSTERS Employees hired after July 1, 1993, working less than seven hours per day, and not waiving the Benefit Package, will pay for the Health, Dental and Vision Benefits prorated as follows:
