Our Role:
- Keep the district in compliance with all procurement laws, guidelines and established policies
- Assist district employees in procurement of merchandise and services needed to successfully manage the departments and school sites throughout the school year
- Liaison between vendors and district employees
- Prepare bids for all equipment, supplies, services and construction related projects for the district
- Identify, establish and maintain adequate stock levels for commonly used warehouse items
- Expedite requests and needs of the district in the most cost efficient and timely manner
- Provide and maintain all District Purchase Order Terms and Conditions
- Create and maintain the Purchasing Calendar with deadlines for each Fiscal Year End
