Our Role:

  • Keep the district in compliance with all procurement laws, guidelines and established policies
  • Assist district employees in procurement of merchandise and services needed to successfully manage the departments and school sites throughout the school year
  • Liaison between vendors and district employees
  • Prepare bids for all equipment, supplies, services and construction related projects for the district
  • Identify, establish and maintain adequate stock levels for commonly used warehouse items
  • Expedite requests and needs of the district in the most cost efficient and timely manner
  • Provide and maintain all District Purchase Order Terms and Conditions
  • Create and maintain the Purchasing Calendar with deadlines for each Fiscal Year End

  • Advise and aide in standardizing district furniture and equipment needs
