- January 26, 2010 - PSUSD Board of Education approves The Plan with a 5:0 vote in favor.
- April 22, 2010 - Notice from CDE: "An education technology plan received from PSUSD meets the full criteria required by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, Public Law 107-110, Sec. 2414, and has been approved by the California Department of Education."

The expectation of the No Child Left Behind Act, the Board of Education, and the California Department of Education is that students be proficient in technology by the end of 8th grade. In our local plan, that is interpreted to mean that students are proficient in the National Educational Technology Standards by the end of 8th grade. In the baseline year (2010), 12% demonstrated proficiency. The targets established are 80% in 2011, 90% in 2012, and 100% in 2013 and thereafter. For the full report click on the following link:
